Pastor's Corner - We are HIS

Dear Friends,

I hope that you got a chance to read about exciting changes coming to our Sunday schedule beginning March 14th. If you did not hear about it, please click here.

I have thoroughly enjoyed preaching through John 17 this year. Not only has it been a rich time of study for me personally, but it has been a blessing how each of you have shared things that you are learning and how you are growing through God's Word.

I thought I might share some application questions with you from recent sermons so that you can meditate on this great prayer of our Lord in hopes that it might help you know more and more of Jesus.

Are you of the world? … or are you of Christ? - John 17:9

In what ways do you feel that you are under the controlling influence of the world? - John 17:9

Is your relationship to God through Jesus Christ the controlling force of your life? If not, what needs to change in your life? - John 17:1

Even the weakest faith and love for Christ brings Him glory and is not overlooked. Do you believe this? How can you bring glory to Jesus with your life? - John 17:10

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.  (Joshua 1:8 ESV)

See you Sunday!

By His Grace and to His Praise,
