Pastor's Corner - Summer Mission Trip!

Dear Friends,I'm excited to announce that Cornerstone Presbyterian Church will be going on our first-ever mission trip this coming summer to the Yakama Indian Reservation in Washington state! As you may know, Sacred Road Ministries is one of our ministry partners. Last year my dear friends Chris and Mary Granberry visited Cornerstone to share about their ministry on the reservation. Many of you were touched by their heart for the Gospel and their calling to Native American ministry. Now we have an opportunity to go and visit and serve with them. After their visit last year, Cornerstone was able to make a year-end gift to the ministry thanks to your generosity! Below are two pictures. One is of the van that we helped purchase with our year-end gift and one is of the kids at the PCA church on the Rez, Hope Fellowship. Transportation is critical to the ministry because without vehicles like the van, they could not have as many kids coming to church, nor have new ministries like the Summer Day Camp and Youth Group. On July 15-22, 2017, Cornerstone will team up with Sacred Road Ministries on the Yakama Reservation in Washington state to serve our "first neighbors". If you are interested, please join us for an informational meeting on Wednesday, October 19th at 7pm after Foundations in room 104. Space is limited.See you Sunday!by His grace and to His praise,Wilson
