5th Anniversary!

Dear Friends,
What a glorious Easter celebration it was this past Sunday! If you were unable to join us, I encourage you to go back and watch the service! I am so thankful to be a part of a body that loves the risen Christ and desires to spread His fame! Let's keep it going this Spring!Speaking of keeping it going ... this May we will celebrate five years as a particularized church. God has been so faithful and gracious to Cornerstone as our fellowship has grown and, by His grace, matured in the faith. As we approach this wonderful time, we will begin a new sermon series on Acts 2:42-47 called "Devoted." In this series, we will focus on our shared vision and values as a church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our vision: A community of believers ...“devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” (Acts 2:42 ESV)Our values: Worship, Discipleship, Care, Missions & OutreachThe series will wrap on on May 20th as Randy Pope, founding pastor and lead teacher of Perimeter PCA in Atlanta, will be our guest speaker. Randy is a tremendous leader in the church and has a heart for the church to grow in discipleship and evangelism. We are honored to have him join us on this weekend to share God's Word with us.Our anniversary weekend will be a wonderful time to reflect, celebrate and learn. Please plan to join us for all the activities of the weekend. You can learn those times and activities below.“Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.”  (Hebrews 13:20–21 ESV)See you Sunday!Your friend and pastor,Wilson
