Pastor's Corner

Dear Friends,
I'm writing this week to ask for your help. As you know, we are a growing church. And as we grow (not just in numbers), our needs are growing. One of the things we've noticed lately is that we don't have many good pictures of our congregation and ministries in action. So here is how you can help!
  • If there are some of you that love photography, please snap some pictures of congregational life and worship and send them to office@cornerstone-pres.org.
  • If you like to shoot and make videos, we would like to make a promo video of Cornerstone for our website. Please contact me if you would like to help.

Another thing that is a blessing about Huntsville is that our city is growing. It is now the third largest city in Alabama and six people on average move here every day. Many of these new folks are finding Cornerstone and visiting and even joining our church. One of the main reasons for this is they find our website and see that we are a means of grace church who seeks to be a community devoted prayer, fellowship, worship, discipleship and missions. The way that many find us on the internet is through Google. If you feel so inclined, please take a moment to head over to our Google Business page and write a review. Just tell the internet something you love or enjoy about Cornerstone. This simple thing will help people discern whether to visit Cornerstone or not. It's amazing that in this day and age the Lord is using new media to reach people. In the coming weeks, we will also be updating some road signage and building signs to make our name more visible to folks passing by. As always, the best way to get someone to visit our church is for you to invite them. Many are looking for an invitation and many in our community are looking for meaning outside themselves. What better way to help them find it than to bring them to a church that exalts Jesus Christ and points people to His life-giving Word.See you Sunday!Your friend and pastor,Wilson
