Men, I hope you are planning to join us for the Pancake Breakfast this Saturday morning. This will be a great time of fellowship but also serve as a Cornerstone Men's Ministry showcase where you can learn about different ways and opportunities to plugin, serve and grow in your walk with the Lord.
Ladies, stay tuned to learn about opportunities for you as well this Fall.
All, would you please join me and the Session in prayer for the following items related to Cornerstone:
- Please pray for wisdom and discernment for the feasibility committee. They are continuing to do their work as a committee but also at the mercy of availability of contractors and specialist to do their work.
- Please pray that the Lord would raise up a man and his family to serve as our next Pastor to Students and Families. The position is posted here. The Session is diligently searching and praying for this man.
- Please pray that we, Cornerstone, would remain faithful to our mission in an ever-changing culture. The mission of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church is to be a community of Christ's followers who worship, grow, and serve together to glorify God in Huntsville and throughout the world.

Announcements
Communicant’s Class - A communicant’s class for children interested in joining Cornerstone will be offered this Fall. Prior to the class, the parent and child should consider reading and discussing Established in the Faith: 12 Conversations to Lead Your Child to Profess Faith in Christ. These are available in the foyer at no charge. Email brian@cornerstonehuntsville.org if you are interested in your child taking this class.
Communion - Communion will be observed next Sunday, July 31st.
Promotion Sunday - Promotion Sunday will be held on August 14th.
Sunday School - Sunday School will be combined next week and meet for Joni & Friends Team Presentation.

Reformers Cup Golf Tournament with local PCA Churches - Sunday, August 7th, at 3:30pm, on the Hampton Cove Short Course! Shotgun start with an awards dinner at 5:30pm. Best ball format. Costs: $40/ea. Entry fee proceeds go to benefit RUF at UAH and A&M in Huntsville. Register online: cornerstonehuntsville.org/events
Adult Women - Attention all ladies interested in crafts and sewing projects. We’ll meet upstairs at the church on Tuesday, July 26th, at 9:30am and Wednesday, July 27, at 6:00pm to assemble Chrismon ornaments for our Christmas tree. Women’s Ministry - Join us for an opportunity to bless the staff at Blossomwood Elementary, Monday, August 1st, at 10:00am. We will assemble bags of baked goods and back to school supplies at the church and then deliver them to the school for the staff to enjoy. Please drop off items at the church office no later than Monday, August 1st at 10:00am. See list of needed items at Brown Bag Sign Up.
Student Ministry - Mark your calendars for “Youth Group Lake Day” on Sunday, July 31st, from 4-8pm at the McClures' Lake House. For more information and to RSVP see Lake Day Sign Up.
Serving Opportunity with our Covenant Children - This summer we are in need of volunteers to care for our children in the nursery.
