Dear Cornerstone Family:

"Remember your Creator in the days of your youth...." (Ecclesiastes 12:1)

This Sunday in Sunday School we'll be talking about this verse, and it prompted me to ask you to pray for our middle and high school students! Included is a group photo from the beginning of the school year, I think they are all taller now!

Here's how you can specifically pray:

  • Give thanks for our students! They are a vital part of the church family and serve in so many ways. They are truly a blessing to the church.

  • The end of another school year is near, so they would certainly appreciate your prayers as they take exams and navigate busy activity schedules.

  • The youth ministry team here at Cornerstone would appreciate continued prayers as they continue to encourage our students and point them to Christ on a weekly basis.

  • We are getting ready to honor our graduates on April 30! Those graduates and their families would appreciate prayer as they continue to discern God's will for future plans.

  • Pray for our new Director of Students & Families, Chris Moody, as he finishes up his time at RTS Jackson and prepares to move to Huntsville.

  • Finally, pray that our students would "Remember their Creator in the days of their youth."...that they would continue to grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

See you Sunday!
Pastor Brian
