Dear Cornerstone Family,
Please be in prayer for students and leaders as they head up to the Presbytery Youth Retreat (Roots!) at Camp ToknowHim in Pisgah, AL. This is rescheduled from the previous ice storm affected retreat that was postponed in January. It's finally here! Cornerstone has participated in the Roots retreat for several years with other churches in Providence Presbytery. Approximately 300 students and leaders from our Presbytery will be at the retreat. This year's speaker is Nathan White, who is planting Good Shepherd PCA church in Madison.
Let's lift up this group in prayer throughout the weekend, that they would grow together in God's grace.

Pray for church members caring for family - Diana Akridge, Susan Dupré, Kyle Mosier, Randy Petcher, Bill and JoAnn Sneed, Bonnie Stock, and Mike and Carol Wellfare.
Pray for healing - Suzi and Bill Bolton, Phil Freeze, Anne Harbarger, Earl Myers, Gayle Ricks, Susan Hoyt, Ruby Petcher, and those sick and suffering.
Pray for our homebound friends - Ruby Petcher and Betty Baldwin.
Pray for our expectant mothers - Rebecca Nunley (April), Olivia Hitt (June), Kayla Few (August), and the McMillan adoption.
Pray for ongoing construction and renovation projects.
Pray for peace in Israel, Ukraine, and Sudan.
Pray for our Missional Partnerships - Hope City Church, Madison, AL (Pastor Amos Williams) and Westminster Presbyterian Church, Huntsville, AL (Pastor Joe Steele).
Announcements
Palm Sunday Children’s Prelude- There will be a special prelude next week at the 11:00 service as the children will help lead the congregation in the singing of “Hosanna! Loud Hosanna!” The children will gather during Sunday School and come to the FLC together. Contact Mary Cooper or Jeni Goldsmith with questions.
Good Friday Communion Service - Friday, March 29 at 6 pm in the FLC.
Easter Sunday! - We will have two worship services at 8:30 and 11:00 am on Sunday, March 31. After the first service, please join us for an Easter brunch during the Sunday School hour in the FLC.
VBS Olympion 2024 - June 3-6 from 9-11:30 am. There are many volunteer needs before, during, and on the last day of VBS. If you would like to volunteer for any part at all, please register online at www.cornerstonehuntsville.org/news and scroll down to “Upcoming Events”.
