Dear Friends,
This weekend the men will be on a retreat at Camp Maranatha on Lake Guntersville. Please be in prayer for our men as they will be challenged to establish godly priorities in our day to day living. Please also pray for our speaker and my good friend, Dr. John Perritt, who will be traveling with his family to join us.I'm also excited that Dr. Perritt will stick around and join us for an adult/student joint Sunday School time as he will present a seminar called Digital Christianity. This will be an important time for not only parents and students, but all of us as we learn to live biblically in a high tech world! We often think of this is as a "young person" problem. But it is not. It is an issue that every person who owns a smart device must think through. It is an issue that we as a church need to be better equipped to encourage one another and spur one another on towards love and good deeds.Please make plans to be here this Sunday.
