Pastor's Corner - Faithful Serving

Dear Friends,
FOUNDATIONS What a fantastic first night of Foundations we just had! Thank you to the cooks, deacons, teachers and ALL the volunteers who made it such a wonderful inaugural event! If you did not get a chance to join us, it's not too late! You can still join us next week for food, fellowship and learning around God's Word.FAREWELL This Sunday we will also say farewell to Mike and Kyla King. We are so thankful for how well Mike has served at Cornerstone for nearly two years. Please join us as we pray for them and send them on to their new adventure in Clanton, AL.FAITHFULNESSI want to personally thank all of you who are Cornerstone members. Many of you have responded beautifully to the call to serve with our many new ministries. Because of that, children are growing in Christ, families are being encouraged in the Gospel and individuals are being cared for in a meaningful and tangible way.But there is still more work to be done. There is still more growth that needs to occur in our body. There is still more ministry that needs to be fueled. Please keep praying and keep serving our Lord so that we can be what he has called us to be. I'm looking forward to more opportunities that the Lord will give us to grow and serve Him.See you Sunday!Your friend in Christ,Wilson
