Dear Cornerstone Family,
Summer has been on full blast (just like your AC I am sure)! It's been such a joy to be with the students and their families this summer. Monday, we are taking a group of senior high students and chaperones to Reformed Youth Ministries (RYM) Summer Camp at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat Center in Panama City Beach, FL. We will return on Friday. We have 24 students going this year! This trip was the highlight of the summer for many of our students last year who attended. At RYM, students get to attend seminars in the mornings on various topics (I will be teaching on dealing with doubt), followed by fellowship time in the afternoon before worship in the evenings and small groups. It is a great trip! Here are a few ways you can pray for us!
Pray that God would give us traveling mercies as we go and return and for safety at the camp.
Pray for our hearts, that we would grow in our wonder of Jesus and the gospel.
Pray for our students as they spend time together, that deep friendships and new friendships would be formed.
Lastly, pray that Christ would be magnified this week in our hearts and minds.
Thankful for you all!
